Swansfield is a beautifully presented house providing you, your family and friends with a comfortable and relaxing base to explore the many riches of Northumberland, offering accommodation for up to 10 guests across five bedrooms. Each room has been designed to be comfortable and homely. Swansfield has 3 bathrooms, a spacious lounge with log burner, a large contemporary kitchen/diner with seating for 10 people, a sunny conservatory with additional seating and a large private south-facing garden. Dogs are very welcome at the house.
There are five stylish and comfortable bedrooms to choose from at Swansfield. The Master on the first floor has a king size bed and en-suite with shower. There are two additional bedrooms on the first floor, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Each bedroom has blackout blinds, storage and a clothes hanging rail. There is a large house bathroom on the first floor with walk in shower, two further bedrooms in the attic space on the second floor, both with double beds and storage. There is also a bathroom on the second floor with bath, toilet and wc.
Downstairs, there is a entrance porch, large comfortable lounge with log burner and smart TV, a bright conservatory with two sofa beds and Xbox controller. The modern fully equipped kitchen has a cooker and induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and ample ford storage space and large fridge freezer. The open plan diner has a smart TV and seating for up to 10 people, perfect for relaxing after a busy day exploring the local beaches and amenities.
After a day of exploring, sit back and relax and enjoy a family BBQ in the large south facing private garden. The garden is mostly laid to lawn with a decked area closest to the house with ample seating. There is an outside water tap perfect for washing muddy dogs and a driveway at the front providing ample parking.
